Right of Withdrawal (Norway – 14 days)
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

Return the product within 14 days after notifying us

Product Inspection & Use
You are allowed to:

Open the packaging

Install the product

Test the product to determine whether it works as expected
However, the product must be returned:

In good condition

Without signs of excessive use, damage, or modification

With all essential parts included
We reserve the right to reduce or deny a refund if the product shows signs of misuse beyond what is necessary for testing.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be made within the withdrawal period

The product must be returned in reasonable condition

All essential components must be included
Products returned incomplete, damaged, or clearly misused may not be refunded.
Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. HollowVault is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exceptions
