We ship worldwide from Europe.
Available delivery options are shown at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Estimated Delivery Times
Europe: 2–12 business days
Rest of the world: 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union will most likely be subject to import duties, VAT, or other local taxes upon delivery.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
HollowVault is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear.
Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
